- Marinated beef drenched with sweet & sour brown gravy. Served with red cabbage and dumplings.
- Rindsrouladen
- Beef rolls filled with spicy mustard, crispy bacon, onions, and German pickles. Served with red cabbage and dumplings
- Wiener-Schnitzel vom Schwein
- Breaded pork loin fried to a golden brown. Served with choice of warm, homemade potato salad or french-fries.
- Jager-Schnitzel
- Your choice - pork fried to a golden brown or fire grilled. Served in a mushroom cream sauce with a heaping side of spatzle.
- Wurziges Gulasch
- Delicious braised pork & beef in a spicy Hungarian paprika broth. Served on a mound of warm spatzle with a side of regular or creamy German cucumber salad.
- Halbes Oktoberfest Hendl
- Half of a slow-roasted, rotiserie chicken. Served with french-fries.
- Kassler Ripperl
- Thick, center-cut smoke pork chop. Served on a bed of sauerkraut and warm German potato salad.
- Gebratener Leberkase
- Two thick slices of pan-seared German bologna topped with two sunny-side-up eggs. Served with a heaping side of warm German potato salad
- Backfish im Bierteig
- Seasonally-fresh fish fillet, beer-batter and fried to a golden brown. Served with homemade tartar sauce and a side of warm German potato salad.
- Bayrische Wurstl Platte fur Zwei
- Sausage sampler platter of siz different German sausages - Bratwurst, Weifswurst, Wiener, Depreziner, Knackwurst, and Bauernwurst. Served on a bed of sauerkraut and warm German potato salad. Enough for two!
